If you have previously trained in basic project management, this course may be the next step for you. Together with other participants, you will run a complex project based on the different modules included in each learning stage.
After the course, you will be in a good position to leverage the knowledge you acquired to deliver successful projects in your organization. The course is IPMA registered and also supports higher level certifications such as A and B.

This course is intended for experienced project managers who want to develop their role in order to take on more complex projects and run them effectively.
Purpose and objectives
The purpose of the course is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the tools and approaches that lead to successful project deliveries with a focus on business and strategy.
What prior knowledge is required?
No prior knowledge is required, but due to the advanced level of the course, previous training in project management or many years of experience is strongly recommended. For the less experienced, we recommend our "Project Management" course.
Other information
The course supports higher level certifications and is IPMA-registered, which means it works well as a first step towards an IPMA certification as it includes elements of certification levels A and B.
