Stena Retail and Food Services supplies airports, ferries and port shops in Northern Europe with a wide range of premium products such as perfumes, confectionery and alcoholic beverages.
The strategy is to grow into new markets such as domestic and airports as well as
to grow our market share through acquisitions. The growth journey increases the need for a robust quality management system and control. New customers are asking for ISO certificates (both quality and environmental), and the bidding process is being simplified. Retail & Food Services currently has an ISO 14001 certificate as part of the Stena Line Group.
The project will start with a thorough GAP analysis to map the rest of the process, which consists of process mapping, visualization, development, training and establishment of the necessary elements of their quality management system to obtain an ISO 9001 certificate.
